We went to Bradley Beach at the Jersey shore, because there was no parking at Spring Lake. It was a beautiful day, with not a cloud in the sky, but the waves were crashing fast and furious. The foam didn't have time to dissipate before being drawn back into the next wave. I got some great reference photos, which have been calling to me ever since, but they needed a large canvas to do them justice, so I had to wait until I had several days free to paint this!
