We finally got to the beach (Long Beach Island, NJ), and what a beautiful day! The sun was brilliant in a deep blue sky with occasional puffy clouds. The waves were lapping gently over crystal clear, shallow water that seemed to go on forever! It was warm and calm, with a light, cooling breeze. What a blessing!
